Magnesium organic sculpture made from the natural dolomite mineral.

This type of magnesium is made from a natural form of dolomite mineral using a man made process called the Pidgeon process. Using a high-temperature thermal reduction method, it is shaped by reducing magnesium oxide with silicone in externally fired retorts.

This piece was collected by Jean O'Reilly Barlow, the artist and creative director of Interi. This sculptural magnesium creates an organic modern element, perfect to grace any room or space.
