Returns

We do not accept returns on any items purchased through our online store or through associated partners.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged. Our pieces are one-of-a-kind pieces, therefore, exchanges for the same exact item will be unavailable unless otherwise noted. A number of our items have multiple quantities available but come in different variations of the product. If your item meets this criterion, we are able to fulfill your exchange. We can custom make a piece if it meets or is under your purchase price.

Shipping

To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: 111 Country Place Court Columbia South Carolina US 29212.

We will cover paying for shipping costs for returning your item if it is damaged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
