It's a natural gemstone that is created when prehistoric coral is gradually replaced with agate. This is a complete piece of fossil coral head that came out of the river bed in-tact. It is rare and unusual to find a complete head this size. The name "cauliflower" agate coral comes from its color and shape that resembles a cauliflower.
